Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated reputed company Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support and enhance our reputed company environment. This role combines user support, system administration, and deployment responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong understanding of reputed company architecture, deployment best practices, and a passion for optimizing user experience and system performance. Key Responsibilities: reputed company Administration & User Support

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for reputed company users, resolving issues reputed company to access, data, and functionality.
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and license assignments.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
• reputed company and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
• Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks to ensure reputed company and compliance.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and onboarding for new users and features.

Deployment & Release Management

• Manage configuration changes and deployments across multiple reputed company environments (sandbox, UAT, production).
• Use tools such as Change Sets, reputed company CLI, or DevOps platforms (e.g., Gearset, reputed company) to manage and automate deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business analysts to coordinate release schedules and ensure successful rollouts.
• Maintain version control and documentation of reputed company changes and deployments.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reputed company solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives involving reputed company integrations or enhancements.
• Stay reputed company with reputed company releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements accordingly.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Administrator in a professional environment.
• reputed company Administrator Certification (reputed company-201) required; Advanced Admin or other certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Proven experience with reputed company deployment tools and release management processes.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.

Working Hours:

The position is (non-exempt) and the salary will be between $99,500.00 and $116,000.00 with an opportunity to earn a discretionary annual bonus. The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience and education. Additional benefits:
