Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company and dedicated Multi-Line Claim Representative I to join reputed company. This remote position focuses on the investigation and adjustment of Auto Physical Damage (APD) claims. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring thorough investigations, accurate assessments, and efficient resolutions. • Apply knowledge of state regulations governing auto insurance claims.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve repair/tow bills to reputed company favorable outcomes.
• Manage multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications: Required:

• Active Adjuster’s License (any U.S. jurisdiction).
• 3+ years of proven claims handling experience, ideally in auto or multi-line claims.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
