Job Description reputed company is seeking a reputed company Coast AVP Team Leader for the eRisk reputed company group reputed company the Executive Risk group located in San Francisco or Los Angeles. The candidate will work in a team setting to reputed company reputed company operations on the reputed company coast for the Technology E&O, Cyber insurance and reputed company products.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, mentorship and assistant to team members.
• Generating, reputed company and analyzing Technology E&O, Cyber and other professional liability insurance lines of business.
• Market facing and production reputed company the Executive Risk Division.
• Administering and monitoring reputed company rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations and rating manual rules.
• Developing and maintaining agency and broker relationships.
• Maintaining, organizing and updating files.
• Complete projects and other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• 10+ years of reputed company/brokerage experience with professional or management liability insurance products; experience with Technology Errors & Omissions or Cyber insurance is preferred.
• Superior skills in relationship building, active listening, needs-analysis and win-win negotiating.
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation.
• Possesses knowledge of time management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively assess risk. Ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to function effectively in team environment.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office suite of programs and the ability to learn new applications.
• Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to reputed company with C&F's risk management controls
• Some travel required.
