Training and Commissioning Specialist

This is a remote role, but applicants must be located reputed company one hour’s drive of a major airport. Position Overview Digital Scoreboards LLC is seeking a Training and Commissioning Specialist to deliver exceptional on-site experiences for clients receiving new scoreboard and AV systems. This role involves traveling reputed company to install, configure, and train users, ensuring systems are fully operational and customers feel confident using them. Acting as both a technical resource and brand ambassador, you will provide hands-on instruction, troubleshoot issues during commissioning, and contribute to reputed company improvement of training processes.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

• Install and configure scoreboard and AV systems at client locations.
• Ensure reputed company systems are fully operational before reputed company to the client.
• Provide troubleshooting support during commissioning to resolve issues quickly.

Client Training & Support

• Deliver hands-on training sessions to build user confidence and competence.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
