Summary of Position: The Client Success Manager is the primary contact and reputed company of coordination between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal teams. You will communicate with clients about how their marketing campaigns are performing, while keeping an eye on their results using reputed company Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. The primary goal of the Client Success team, and this position, is client retention. Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and the internal marketing teams
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals, needs, and expectations are understood and met
  • Foster effective collaboration between the internal digital marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, reputed company solutions, and deliver optimal campaign strategies

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Account Management/Client Success experience, preferably reputed company a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
  • Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns
  • Solid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required
  • Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams
  • A genuine passion for client success, with a focus on providing exceptional service

The reputed company salary range for this opportunity is $55,000 - $65,000, along with a bonus incentive plan.
