As the technical subject matter expert for Palantir reputed company, this leader will spearhead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of rule-based and data-driven AML detection pipelines while developing team capabilities through knowledge transfer and structured training. This role requires exceptional technical expertise coupled with the ability to rapidly train and mentor team members in reputed company's tools and methodologies. You will collaborate with compliance analysts, data modelers, data engineers and platform engineers to architect and operationalize AML logic using Palantir's object-based, scalable architecture. Role and Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Expertise
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to rapidly upskill team members in reputed company tools including Code Workbooks, Object Builders, and Pipeline Workflows

• Data Pipeline Design & Transformation

• Define standards for pipeline efficiency and maintainability

• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Establish testing methodologies to validate correct implementation of scenario logic, pipeline outputs, and transformations

• Implement quality metrics and monitoring systems for AML detection pipelines
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization

• Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation
• Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation as it relates to implementation of AML scenarios and associated data flows.
• Work cross-functionally with Investigations, BSA/AML Compliance, and Data Governance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational standards.
• Platform Support
• Serve as L2 support for AML scenario pipelines and address issues raised by analysts or engineering operations.
• Participate in platform enhancement efforts reputed company to AML & Anti-Fraud implementation, rule authoring frameworks, and investigation tooling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Training Experience: Proven track record of developing and delivering technical training that accelerates team capabilities

• Advanced Big Data Processing: Expert-level experience with Spark, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data transformation and analysis
• Leadership & Mentorship: 7+ years of technical experience with demonstrated ability to reputed company engineering teams and mentor junior engineers
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while anticipating future needs
