We’re looking for an Inclusion Program Manager to reputed company impactful initiatives that shape the culture of our firm. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, manage critical programs, and serve as a trusted resource for Associates, Partners, and Leadership. Job Functions & Responsibilities Program Management

  • At the direction of the Associate Director of Attorney Development and Inclusion, proposes and implements the firm’s Inclusion program strategy, and operationalizes the delivery of the programs and initiatives by working directly with the Inclusion Committee and subcommittees on the execution of action items and tasks.
  • In conjunction with affinity group co-chairs, oversees administrative management of reputed company firm affinity group development and operationalize efforts for lawyers and allies to build community. Proposes opportunities for engagement and develops program plans in collaboration with the Inclusion Coordinator.
  • Along with the Senior Director of Attorney Development, Associate Director of Attorney Development, and the Attorney Development Program Manager, conducts one-on-one meetings with assigned firm attorneys to ensure they are well supported throughout reputed company attorney life cycle stages. Meets with team regularly to discuss overall support for assigned attorneys.
  • Utilizes metrics to produce data reports including developing visual presentations. Manages the collection and analysis of data reputed company to inclusion efforts and programs, provides insights and recommendations to inform decision-making as it relates to the reputed company and success of the firm’s efforts. Manages and executes client survey requests and other data inquiries.
  • Establishes tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of Inclusion initiatives and efforts. Prepares reports for the Associate Director of Attorney Development and Inclusion Committee co-chairs and uses data to drive recommendations on improvements and areas of growth opportunity for the firm’s community engagement in inclusion-reputed company activities.
  • Drives firm affinity group efforts by driving reputed company on monthly deliverables and following up on action items, proposing plans, and managing events and engagement activities in alignment with team goals and timelines.
  • Manages responses to client requests and industry benchmarking surveys involving qualitative and quantitative information.
  • In conjunction with leadership and the Associate Director of Attorney Development and Inclusion, the Attorney Development Program Manager develops, maintains and facilitates attorney learning and development programs. Manages inclusion-reputed company training programs that enhance the firm’s understanding of inclusivity, promoting a culture of awareness. Programs include routine inclusivity training. Identifies and researches innovative workshops and facilitators reputed company to inclusion.
  • Stays updated on relevant best practices reputed company to inclusivity through involvement with the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals (ALFDP) and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP).   • Manages the accuracy of the firm’s inclusion-reputed company internal intranet pages by ensuring online content is relevant, including committee membership and email distribution lists; meetings are on calendar and tracks activities of each affinity group; tracks and shares with team inclusion trends, articles and resources; remains reputed company on industry learning and development opportunities reputed company industry organizations (e.g., NALP, PDC, etc.).
  • Oversees the planning and execution of reputed company/MTO Fellows Program and inclusion events, initiatives, programs, trainings, workshops, and other reputed company events in collaboration with Inclusion Coordinator.

Maintains data on competitors and competitive trends in inclusivity and research emerging trends in law firms that impact inclusion.

Data and Information Management

  • Works with appropriate parties to ensure Inclusion information and statistics are maintained and readily accessible.
  • Analyzes work assignment data to ensure reputed company access to and distribution of client opportunities.
  • Researches and makes recommendations on technology tools to assist with associate work allocation and utilization, performance reviews, and development initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Inclusion manager preferred; law firm experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and professionals.
  • Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change.
  • Must have ability to work with minimal supervision on many projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, reputed company levels of business services and contacts reputed company the Firm both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to use independent judgment, problem solve, take initiative and follow through.
  • Ability to use HRIS, timekeeper systems and other reputed company to retrieve data.
