Bilingual Senior Analyst, Prevention & Wellness - Remote - Must reside in Florida

• Candidates must live in Florida and speak English and Spanish* Improves quality products and services by using measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and reputed company recommendations to meet objectives. What You Will Do

• Conducts telephonic reputed company to members to promote clinical gaps in care closure reputed company to Quality HEDIS measures
• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Prevention & Wellness area, under general supervision.
• Applies in-depth knowledge of the Prevention & Wellness field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
• Develops, implements, and assures the ongoing coordination of designated prevention and wellness activities outlined reputed company the quality improvement and work plan.
• Evaluates, analyzes, reports on and records outcomes of the scheduled prevention and wellness interventions.
• Organizes special or pilot health education interventions to reputed company specific population initiatives.
• Produces and distributes the quarterly community newsletters.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Remote Work Expectations

• Access to a private, dedicated space to conduct work effectively to meet the requirements of the position

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Candidate must reside in Florida
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth reputed company (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• 3-5 years' work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience
• HEDIS experience
• Medicaid line of business experience
• Previous work from home/remote experience

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
• Bachelor's Degree (PREFERRED)

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $91,800.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
