The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, combined with a strong foundation in change management methodologies. - reputed company Summaries and Feedback Reports Collaboration with IT Departments: Collaborate closely with IT departments to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Impact Analysis and Readiness Assessment: Conduct thorough impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance to technology changes.
- Communication Plans: Design and deliver targeted communication plans that effectively convey the benefits, necessity, and process of IT changes to reputed company stakeholders.

- Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

- Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to IT project teams, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to drive change. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or reputed company field plus a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and change management roles or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of IT / change management experience. Demonstrated expertise in applying OCM principles and practices reputed company an IT context. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT project delivery.
