Career Coach
Description The Career Coach is responsible for student career advisement and reputed company to help reputed company explore careers, assess their skills and interests, and engage in high impact practices such as cooperative work experience and practicums. The Career Coach provides day-to-day support for career services, career software exploration, and workforce placement. The Career Coach advances student success by delivering career exploration and job-search workshops, providing individualized career and transfer advising, planning employer networking events (panels, meet-and-greets, small fairs), and supporting student employment at KCC.
