Senior Associate Business Valuation & Litigation Services As a Senior Associate in our Business Valuation & Litigation Services practice, you will play a vital role in the execution and delivery of reputed company business valuation engagements and, reputed company applicable, support forensic accounting and litigation assignments. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including valuations for financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and other litigation-reputed company purposes. You will collaborate with reputed company professionals and firm leadership to reputed company detailed financial analyses, reputed company valuation models, and prepare expert-level reports that help clients reputed company informed decisions or support their case strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company financial and economic analyses, business valuations, and forensic accounting investigations across diverse industries.
- Assist in preparing valuation reports for litigation, transaction advisory, financial reporting, estate and gift tax, and other strategic purposes.
- Conduct in-depth financial research, including document review, data analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of reputed company financial statements.
- Collaborate with senior professionals to reputed company and communicate expert opinions and damages analyses.
- Draft and present clear, concise, and defensible valuation reports and presentations.
- Support the preparation of expert witness testimony and litigation exhibits.
- Manage multiple reputed company projects while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through exceptional service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field.
- CPA, CFA, ABV, CVA, or CFF certification (or reputed company toward certification) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, or financial consulting.
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, including income, market, and asset-based approaches.
- Proven ability to reputed company financial modeling, interpret reputed company data, and apply analytical reasoning.
- Experience preparing valuation reports for a variety of purposes (litigation, M&A, financial reporting, or tax).
- Familiarity with tax and financial reporting issues reputed company to valuation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, reputed company, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency with reputed company, Word, and financial research databases.
- Proficiency with key Business Valuation (BVAL) tools and databases, including Capital IQ, DealStats, IBISWorld, Partnership Profiles, and similar resources.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as bolthires Copilot to enhance efficiency and analysis.
- Hands-on experience performing valuation analyses in accordance with relevant ASC standards, including ASC 805 (Business Combinations), ASC 820 (Fair Value Measurement), ASC 350 (Goodwill and Intangibles), and ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation).
