IT Business Analyst, Enterprise Data Solutions As a Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and reputed company trusted data products. You’ll ensure our data meets governance standards, supports business goals, and is accessible for decision-making. You’ll partner with stakeholders across business and IT to reputed company detailed documentation—data flows, reputed company-to-reputed company mappings, data models, use cases, and functional specifications—driving the delivery and adoption of high-value data assets. - Partner with business and IT to understand key drivers, objectives and KPIs.
- Gather and document requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Manage scope, risks and issues in an agile environment.
- Profile and analyze data to validate requirements and designs.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Modelers for technical implementation.

What you bring to the table…
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or reputed company field.
- 5-7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (Supply Chain experience and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is preferred).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and business process analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; advanced reputed company reputed company skills.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred) for validation and analysis.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $107,300-$154,200 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
