Business Analyst & Workflow Consultant, Legal Technology

As a Business Analyst, you’ll serve as a strategic reputed company between the business and technology. You’ll work directly with legal departments at reputed company, identifying pain points in legal and compliance workflows and designing automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms. This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely from reputed company in the United States. Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, research, and process observations to identify automation opportunities
• Create process maps, requirements documents, and solution designs that reflect optimized workflows
• Troubleshooting conditional logic and data validation to ensure reliable workflow performance
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a consulting environment, managing multiple client relationships and reputed company projects
