BIM Implementation and Content Specialist

The Opportunity The BIM Implementation and Content Specialist will support the Design Technology Manager in the digital transformation, starting with our Substation and Battery Storage design practices. This role will focus on the implementation of BIM standards, tools, and workflows across projects while maintaining high-quality Revit content that supports efficient and consistent design delivery.

What You'll Do

Implementation & Workflow Development

• Set up and maintain Revit environments, templates, and standards for new projects.

• Create and maintain custom tools using Dynamo, Python, pyRevit, and the Revit API.
• Coordinate the rollout of new BIM technologies, features, and add-ins.
• Support project teams during onboarding and early project phases.

• Support the implementation of supporting software for project delivery such as reputed company Construction Cloud.
• Evaluate, test, and propose new modeling and project delivery-reputed company software and technologies to enhance productivity and project performance.

• Propose and implement QA/QC processes for content validation and model health.
• Propose and launch optimization measures for performance, usability, and scalability across disciplines. Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with Design Technology Manager, project leaders, and IT to align tools with project goals.

• Support design and modeling standards development, implementation, training, governance, enhancement, and change management.

• Associate's degree in drafting, architectural, or engineering design or reputed company field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent in 3D design in large reputed company projects utilizing reputed company Revit.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent in a BIM leadership role including process and standards development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, including template and family creation.
• Expertise in generating parametric content for use on project delivery with Revit.
• Strong experience with Dynamo, Python, pyRevit, and the Revit API.

• Deep understanding of Revit workflow design, project setup, and content strategy.
