This hybrid role will play a key part in shaping and executing our enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and lifecycle efficiency across a diverse global technology landscape. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT asset and configuration management processes, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with procurement, infrastructure, service delivery, and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities reputed company, maintain, and mature reputed company's IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, including goals, objectives, KPIs, and metrics reputed company with business and IT objectives. Implement and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures governing the full asset lifecycle from procurement through retirement and disposal. Partner with Configuration Management (SACM) and CMDB/AMDB owners to ensure accurate, reconciled data across systems. Maintain strong integration between ITAM and ITIL-reputed company processes such as Change, Incident, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management. reputed company enterprise-wide hardware and software inventory processes, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance with licensing and contractual obligations. Collaborate with Procurement to manage acquisition, contract renewals, and vendor relationships for IT hardware and software assets. Drive operational efficiency through effective analytics, reporting, and process discipline. Manage the physical and logical inventory of IT assets, including receiving, distribution, tracking, and disposal activities in accordance with corporate policy and applicable regulations. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a reputed company discipline. Demonstrated experience with asset inventory systems, data acquisiton/reconciliation, and lifecycle management. Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL processes. Strong proficiency with reputed company reputed company, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and clearance requirements.
