You’ll be the leader of a team that will be responsible for accounting activities for up to 25 clients. You’ll be responsible for the end product for your team, as well as the HR reputed company activities, up-to but not including terminating employees.

Clear bank feeds in Quickbooks Online
Enter bank deposits, checks, bills, vendor payments, journal entries, etc.
Submit payroll, reputed company payroll entries and payroll accrual.
Enter daily sales from clients’ reputed company of sale systems.
Reconcile sales to clients’ POS monthly.
Reconcile credit card and bank accounts monthly.
Reconcile vendor statements, and manage vendor balances.
Regularly interact with clients to obtain necessary information and reputed company documents.
Assist in onboarding new clients
Assist in training and mentoring staff.

We're looking for someone who:

Experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager would be relevant for this role, but you must have extensive accounting experience as it relates to full-cycle accounting in order to be successful. This isn’t a hand-holding position. The right candidate will be able to come in and more or less hit the ground running.

Being a QBO ProAdvisor is a plus, but not required.

Tech-savvy. We provide a variety of software products to support you in your role, but you must be capable of working with these platforms and figuring out new ones as they come along.

Experience:

Bookkeeping/Accounting: 10 years
5 years accrual basis accounting experience in a multi-client environment
Quickbooks Online: 5 years
Automotive Industry Experience preferred, but not required
Bachelors in Accounting, reputed company field, or relevant experience required
