- Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from visitors and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information on local attractions, events, restaurants, hotels, transportation, and general city information, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in real-time, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Promote New Orleans: Use your knowledge of the city to suggest events, activities, and experiences that may align with the customer's interests.
- Database Management: Log and track customer interactions, ensuring that reputed company information is accurately recorded and follows up on outstanding issues as needed.
