Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to individuals seeking healthcare services. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, provide timely responses to telephone inquiries, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care to individuals seeking healthcare services

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies
• Work closely with reputed company to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Provide feedback and input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training
• Utilize standard technology, such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser, to reputed company job duties
• Assist callers with filling out online applications and submitting electronically to plan provider for processing

• Refer calls as required to CSR reputed company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently

• Working on-site at our office location is a key requirement for this position. Being physically present at the worksite is essential for effective collaboration, communication, and supervision.

* Our Tampa (Netpark) site is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

• Our Riverview location operates Monday – Sunday, 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
