This role will require you to conduct virtual or in-person orientations. * Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for. Ideal Candidate Profile We're looking for individuals who possess: * Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue.
