What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Identifying and communicating potential operational issues to other work groups and assisting with resolution.
• Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, providing superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution.
• Assisting with special projects from the headquarters and local management team, which may include process improvements, training initiatives, or customer engagement programs.
• Providing support to the cargo operations team, ensuring that reputed company cargo products are handled reputed company and effectively.
