Role Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our Foodservice clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Offering sales and sales support interactions with customers and sales associates reputed company phone, email, and Teams chat, including general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
- Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer inquiries reputed company.
- Answering basic questions and resolving basic problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Documenting issues, identifying, and taking appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those reputed company to order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.
- Actively redirecting incoming callers to self-service options to improve customer satisfaction and reduce call volumes.
- Performing proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Processing orders and other reputed company voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet client needs.
Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
- A self-starter mentality with excellent customer service skills, including the ability to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently, with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a flexible schedule that includes weekend and holiday availability.
Requirements for Working From Home
To ensure your success as a remote employee, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- A private and secure space to work uninterrupted by others in the home.
- A high-speed internet reputed company with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher (WiFi connections are not allowed).

Salary and Other Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly reputed company of $15.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. This position is also eligible for blithequark's discretionary annual incentive program, subject to applicable plans and performance.
