Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other digital channels. Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer phone calls and emails regarding orders, returns, and exchanges
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain organized and accurate records using digital tools such as Shipstation, Finale, Gmail, and reputed company Drive
- Learn details about our extensive product line, which includes over 300 items
- Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization
- Operate basic office equipment, including a counting scale, label printer, inkjet printer, and other devices
- Collaborate with reputed company in a dynamic, results-driven environment to reputed company shared goals
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and reputed company repetitive tasks while standing or sitting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
