Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing basic IT systems support to our customers through chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to and resolving a high volume of IT-reputed company issues or questions from internal and external customers
* Providing updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved
* Escalating technical problems to appropriate teams reputed company necessary
* Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions in the tracking system
