Primary Responsibilities

As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Maintaining high production levels while ensuring accuracy
• Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers through our Service 2.OD platform
• Working from home or in our corporate office, depending on the company's discretion and your eligibility to work remotely
• Being available to report to the corporate office at any time during your regular reputed company, as required by the company

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
• Proficiency with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks

Working Schedule

As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will work a PM shift, Monday through Friday. However, please note that your work schedule may be subject to change based on job scheduling and business levels.
