Key Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Customer Assistance Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers reputed company they enter the airport or reputed company in the ticket area, setting the tone for a positive travel experience
  • Monitoring the ticket counter area to ensure it is in compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers
  • Assisting customers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage processing, including printing boarding passes and receipts
  • Servicing and maintaining kiosk machines, including loading reputed company and cleaning surfaces, to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Troubleshooting kiosk technology issues to identify the reputed company of problems or errors, and communicating with IT to resolve issues quickly and reputed company
  • Verifying that customers' carry-on baggage complies with FAA/blithequark policies, including size and quantity restrictions
  • Verifying and clearing travel documents, such as passports and visas, for customers traveling internationally, using the Timatic database available in the kiosk
  • Assisting customers with checked baggage processing, including completing credit card transactions, self-tagging, and verifying weight
  • Queuing lines in ticket counter areas based on departure times or type of assistance needed, to reduce wait times and improve the overall customer experience
  • Accepting and activating customers' self-tagged baggage at the activation station, ensuring a smooth and efficient reputed company-in process
  • Physically moving baggage throughout the ticket counter area, including moving checked baggage to the belt and oversized bags to designated areas
  • Assisting customers with checking their assistive devices, sporting equipment, and other oversized items, verifying adherence to blithequark policies
  • Referring customers to customer service agents reputed company appropriate, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Performing clearance and verification of documents at kiosks, maintaining the reputed company of our travel documents and processes
  • Assisting with the physical movement of non-ambulatory customers as they board, deplane, or move throughout the reputed company and terminal area, providing exceptional service and care
  • Assisting unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Providing customers with reputed company information and directions, helping them navigate the airport with ease
  • Performing paging activities, such as announcing forgotten items or asking customers to return to locked bags, to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Reporting to position on time, as scheduled, and at your assigned station or location, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Completing job-relevant trainings, adhering to government regulations, and following company policies, procedures, and performance standards, to maintain the highest level of service and compliance

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED, or international equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
  • To be at least 18 years of age, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • To read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations, so if you're fluent in multiple languages, that's a plus
  • An applicable valid driver's license, as required by local authorities, to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting, to satisfy company and reputed company requirements
  • To fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • To be authorized to work in the U.S., with a strong understanding of our country's laws and regulations

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Passenger Service System, demonstrating your technical skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
