Responsibilities

As an reputed company Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
  • Answering incoming calls/chats and outgoing calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
  • Communicating professionally at reputed company times, using clear and concise language to ensure effective communication

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:
