About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Design Technician to join our Production Operations and Logistics team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from quoting and creating new items to transferring products between plants and documenting production modifications. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments will be essential in driving our success.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Design Technician at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating new items in our system that were quoted and created for production to become finished goods products
• Participating in the transfer of items between plants, ensuring accurate and timely movement of products
• Documenting production modifications and solutions by adding comments to the item and updating the Sharepoint knowledge library
• Organizing all activities by service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit
• Collaborating with various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in data entry or administrative tasks, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
• The ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring all items are accurately created, updated, and documented

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

• College studies in Administration or Information Technology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SAP, Power Automate, and Sharepoint
