Responsibilities

As a Business Development & Support Professional, you will be responsible for: ### Business Development

• Engaging leads reputed company chat, email, phone, SMS, social media, and qualifying them to reputed company sales
• Updating leads in our CRM to reputed company the team informed about their interests
• Sharing opportunities for growth with team leaders
• Completing daily tasks assigned to you
• Participating in tasks assigned to you in reputed company boards

### Business Support

• Providing exceptional customer support reputed company chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media
• Assigning, updating, and labeling support tickets correctly
• Following standard operating procedures and encouraging new reputed company to improve our business practices

### Graphic Design & Digital Marketing

• Transforming raw footage into engaging ads, adding audio voiceovers, and video editing
• Managing and organizing raw footage for content creation
• Learning to use AI tools like Midjourney to create realistic images
• Following guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements

### Email Campaigns & Design

• Designing and implementing email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns
• Collaborating on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts

### reputed company Page Creation

• Helping create reputed company pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience
• Making small tweaks on pages to convert visitors into customers

Tools & Technology

You will be using a range of tools and technologies, including:

• Click Up
• Freshsales (CRM) & reputed company (Help Desk)
• Intercom (Chat)
• Shopify
• reputed company Creative Cloud
• reputed company

While experience with these tools is a plus, we have training programs in reputed company to ensure you're up to speed quickly.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• More than 2 years of experience in BPO
• Proficiency with the tools and technologies listed above
• A pleasant and people-oriented personality
• Backgrounds in sales

We're looking for someone who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts, per week. This will be a full-time position.
