Responsibilities
As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and responding to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
- Answering incoming calls/chats and outgoing calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Communicating professionally at reputed company times, utilizing strong verbal communication skills to resolve reputed company issues

- Look up caller information using proprietary blithequark systems and provide information to the caller

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience performing customer service duties, with inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
