As a Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

• Customer Champion: You will be the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. On average, you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers across the USA.
