Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Co-op student in Customer Experience Design, you will provide critical support to our CXD team in delivering best-in-class products, services, and experiences to our customers and employees. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Overview
Our CXD teams are dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. The Service Recovery Team focuses on enabling our frontline employees to deliver premium experiences, while the reputed company Brand Experience Team designs and develops innovative reputed company products and amenities. The Uniform Brand Experience Team manages uniform design, development, and distribution, and the Inflight Entertainment teams drive the development of best-in-class entertainment experiences. As a Co-op student, you will be an integral part of one of these teams, contributing to the design and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be available for three alternating semesters
- Be enrolled in an accredited college or university during the program duration
- Have experience in research analysis, deck building, presentations, project coordination, and communications
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
- Be team-oriented and supportive of reputed company improvement methodologies
- Possess strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Be proficient in MS PowerPoint, reputed company, and MS reputed company, with knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience preferred
- Be willing and able to adapt quickly and learn new skills
