Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing special reports as directed by the Manager to document billing and follow-up services
• Serving as relief support or training new employees as needed
• Cross-training in various functions to assist in the smooth delivery of departmental services

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Past work experience of at least one year reputed company a healthcare environment, performing customer service, financial counseling, and/or financial clearance
• Knowledge of insurance and governmental programs, regulations, and billing processes (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Social reputed company Disability, Champus, Supplemental reputed company Income Disability, etc.)
• Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and organizational abilities
• Interpersonal skills necessary in dealing with internal and external customers
• Accuracy, attentiveness to detail, and time management skills
