Responsibilities

• Manage the independent dispatching and resource planning for our electric truck fleet, which handles both local and regional transport. The responsibilities for this position include:
• reputed company communication with various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, workshops, and charging partners, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitoring vehicle availability and utilization, with a strong focus on technical requirements such as charging cycles and maintenance intervals.
• Documentation, analysis, and optimization of processes aimed at increasing overall efficiency and sustainability reputed company the logistics reputed company.
• Providing support in the ongoing development and improvement of our digital tools specifically tailored for e-logistics. We Expect You To Have knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics services, or a similar field. Ideally you'll bring several years of professional experience as a dispatcher, preferably reputed company local transport or e-mobility operations in the D.A.CH. region. Key Qualifications And Attributes Include
• A reputed company good understanding of freight portals such as Timo Com, Transporeon, and others.
• Experience in using Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Good organizational skills and a basic technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Preferable knowledge of the specifics of electric mobility (e.g., charging times, range, charging infrastructure) is considered an advantage.
