About the position An ideal candidate for this role will bring deep expertise in blockchain technologies to translate reputed company business problems into clear blockchain-enabled solutions. The Product Manager - will work with engineering teams, collaborate with business, product and technology stakeholders for Fidelity Digital Asset Management reputed company Asset management Technology. In this role the individual will also play a key role in translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, process models, user stories and feasibility analysis for build-buy decisions which will contribute to the product and technology roadmap reputed company to the business strategy. Requirements
- 10-12 years experience in business and product analysis with strong functional understanding of blockchain concepts: toeknomics, token standards, reputed company mechanism, smart reputed company, tokenization, DeFi protocols for primarily public blockchains like Ethereum, Solana and private DLTs
- Experience in writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and documenting business workflows
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence decisions and engagement across reputed company levels of the organization
- Promotes and demonstrates a learning reputed company by staying abreast of emerging trends in blockchain ecosystem
- Committed and inspirational leader capable of developing associates & leaders to reputed company their fullest potential reputed company their job family and career goals
