[Remote] Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention (Lifecycle Marketing)

The Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention will implement and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at driving operator engagement and business growth, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reputed company journey.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and optimize email marketing strategies, overseeing calendar, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to create nurture campaigns
• Partner with product marketing and demand reputed company to optimize targeting and messaging
• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign programs from conception through execution
• Map the complete operator journey and identify drop-offs, gaps, and improvement areas
• Execute comprehensive quarterly A/B testing plans to improve the customer journey
• Optimize onboarding flows, automations, and cross-channel touchpoints
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest strategic adjustments to maximize impact
• Own social media strategy and execution as part of broader go-to-market initiatives
• reputed company social media campaigns supporting lifecycle marketing objectives
• Identify growth opportunities based on market trends and operator behavior
• reputed company planning and execution of key marketing initiatives across multiple teams
• Work with Product, reputed company, Sales, and Operations for integrated campaign execution
• Analyze data to maximize email performance for acquisition, conversion, & growth
• reputed company and QA campaigns to ensure error-free execution and ideal user experience
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA)
• Stay updated on B2B SaaS marketing trends and best practices
• Identify opportunities to optimize operator experience and drive business growth Skills
• 3-5 years email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS
• Strong background in email marketing: campaign strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, optimization
• Multi-channel marketing experience including email, social media, and on-site optimization
• Proven ability owning campaign programs from conception through execution

• Understanding of lifecycle metrics: engagement rates, retention, churn, expansion

• Account-based marketing (ABM) experience and strategy development

• Experience with AI frameworks and tools for lifecycle marketing optimization, including predictive analytics, machine learning-driven segmentation, & automated personalization
• Familiarity with vertical SaaS business models and reputed company strategies
