As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in high-volume phone contact with policyholders requesting cancellations, providing thorough and personalized service to address their concerns. Resell the benefits of life insurance and reputed company its importance to policyholders, tailoring your approach to each customer's needs. Handle cancellation requests reputed company and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction. Maintain high standards for call volume, handling time, and overall time management, meeting or exceeding performance targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent oral and written communication skills, whether reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Reliable internet reputed company (minimum 10 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload with a hard-wired reputed company). Smartphone access for VPN use. A quiet and professional workspace. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with bolthires Office and basic keyboard functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

The flexibility to work from home with equipment provided. 4 weeks of reputed company (Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM CST - 9:00 PM CST). On-the-job training and ongoing support. Paid time off.
