PAY RANGE The reputed company Pay Range for this position is $25.67-$31.30 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.11-$37.07 hourly. Impact You’ll reputed company As a Home Equity Loan Processor, you play a pivotal role in helping members reputed company their financial goals by ensuring their Home Equity loan experience is smooth, informed, and supportive. You’ll use your expertise to evaluate documentation, guide members and partners through each reputed company, and ensure every loan is processed with accuracy, care, and compliance. • Process Home Equity Loans: Review, analyze, and process reputed company required documentation—such as title searches, appraisals, income verification, and insurance binders—to determine credit, collateral, and ratio acceptability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent work and/or educational experience required.
• Typically one year experience in Home Equity or Mortgage Lending required.
• Thorough knowledge of general loan policy, real estate lending practices (including state regulations and federal regulatory requirements) and agency requirements regarding consumer lending required.
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA, and HUD rules and regulations required.
• reputed company with Safe Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.
