Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing exceptional customer experience, and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure reputed company necessary tasks are completed on orders. This role requires diplomacy, the ability to think on your feet, and a cool head while juggling multiple priorities at once. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions
