Role Snapshot: Position: Legal Immigration Consultant Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary ($23.62 - $28.44 per hour) Location: Remote (California-based) Company: Workwarp Job Description As a Legal Immigration Consultant at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in overseeing the preparation, review, and submission of visa-related documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote environment with flexible hours, allowing you to set your own schedule and work at your own pace. Key Responsibilities: Review and oversee the preparation of legal documents and paperwork submitted by clients to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist in the development and optimization of internal processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of document preparation. Collaborate with our team to ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to travel visa applications and legal document preparation. Provide guidance and support to clients regarding documentation requirements and the application process. Develop and implement best practices for document preparation and submission. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes. Qualifications: Certified Immigration Consultant or willing to become certified at the company's expense ( Previous experience as a legal document preparer or paralegal is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of travel visa processes is advantageous but not required. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills. Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite.
