The Director of Quality Improvement (DQI) is responsible for organizing, leading, implementing and supervising Westside Family Healthcare's clinical performance improvement programs. The DQI contributes to the organization's mission and vision by planning, designing, studying and assessing organization-wide clinical performance improvement, and by assisting with survey readiness (including readiness for Joint Commission and HRSA/BPHC surveys). The DQI is responsible for coordination of internal clinical performance improvement activities, managing activities necessary to reputed company the Quadruple Aim at Westside (enhancing patient experience; improving population health; reducing costs; and improving the work life of health care providers, including clinicians and staff). The DQI must work collaboratively with the medical staff, leadership, and general staffing in support of process improvement goals, and should reputed company and serve as a model for identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and evaluate the work activities of the population health departments, including the Cancer Screening Navigation Program
• Direct or participate in recruitment, hiring and training of employees in departments under the supervision of the DQI

• Bachelor degree
• Registered Nurse
• Three years of Quality Improvement or project management experience
• Experience with team management Preferred Objective qualifications
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health or closely reputed company field
