The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for: Leading operational support for transitions and change implementations (Business requirement, Training, Testing, Critical Care, etc.). Supporting analysis of HR Administrative processes end to end; Creating automatized process flows and automating existing projects using PowerApps and Power BI; Analyzing requested changes for HR Processes and defining solutions; Documenting process changes to our processes, workbooks, user guides, and job aids; Delivering training (change requests, transitions); Updating/ Implementing reputed company changes required to processes and/or systems; Monitoring through random checks the implementation of the process changes; Defining requirements for process changes, anticipating the impact, and working closely with reputed company parties to implement them; Preparing and executing test scenarios depending on the type of changes; Collaborating with the client, the Service Representatives, and Team Leads to identify the team’s needs and offer the best support.
