Your Role at blithequark

As a Full Stack Automotive Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
