Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values to customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for providing consultative assistance to customers reputed company webchat, email, and other digital communication mediums, converting in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, and serving as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

* Represent dealerships across the national and global market reputed company webchat, email, and various digital communication mediums

• Convert in-market vehicle sales and services customers to dealership leads, while meeting department KPIs and goals
• Serve as an expert in the product line, promotions, and dealership operations
• Utilize web chat software to provide consultative assistance to customers with their vehicle purchase process
• Continuously aim to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency by making recommendations that benefit the customer and reputed company their buying experience reputed company
• Be a goodwill ambassador for the company by courteous treatment of reputed company customers
• Provide exceptional service to reputed company internal and external customers

Requirements
