Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and provide exceptional support to our Utilities client in Arizona. As a key member of our Call Center team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing effective and timely solutions to Utility customer inquiries
  • Handling customer calls and escalating as necessary
  • Following call handling procedures, including transferring to appropriate departmental queues and maintaining established handling, hold, and reputed company busy times
  • Completing ongoing training to stay abreast of products, services, and changes
  • Working effectively as a team member to reputed company shared goals and objectives
  • Organizing and prioritizing daily tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Following company safety, emergency, and evacuation plans

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience in an inbound contact center
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in reputed company Word and Internet, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • A typing speed of 30 wpm or higher
