Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to individuals reputed company insurance through our platform. You will work closely with reputed company to provide technical support, manage customer accounts, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries

Qualifications

- Spanish bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Experience with CRM systems and practices, including data entry and management
