What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Advisor (French-speaking), you will be responsible for:
* Taking incoming user requests (reputed company telephone, email, chat, etc.) and providing response and resolution reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to customers.
* Aiming for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers with status and resolution reputed company reports.
