Key Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Using best-in-class customer contact technologies to communicate with customers inbound/outbound (voice), and reputed company email, text, and webchat to set a high volume of in-home appointments.
- Demonstrating an ability to follow a prescribed methodology to set quality appointments and input detailed notes into our CRM that are accurate, complete, and professionally written.
- Utilizing critical thinking to analyze customers' needs and determine the scope of their home improvement projects, escalating reputed company issues appropriately.
- Showcasing a commitment to reputed company improvement and growth by actively seeking feedback and working to implement the coaching that is provided by leadership.
- Being unrelenting in a commitment to superior customer experiences on every interaction and showcasing a customer-centric and positive attitude, always.
Work Experience/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be available to work flexible schedules as business requires, which might be inclusive of evenings or weekends. This is non-negotiable.
- An adequate knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook email/calendar) is required.
- Experience with reputed company, Service Titan, reputed company, or other best-in-class customer service technologies is a bonus.
- A basic understanding of home improvement and the construction industry is a plus.
- 100% attendance adherence is required in the first 30 days of employment, and a stellar attendance record is required for the duration of employment.
