Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in connecting people with the care, pharmacy benefits, data, and resources they need to feel their best. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from reputed company reputed company the U.S., working a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs

• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed
• Research reputed company issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues

Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
