As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, assisting with questions, resolving issues, and delivering a thoughtful, timely, and professional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information about products, order status, and company policies.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating to other departments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identifying recurring issues and offering suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting occasional outbound communication for follow-ups or customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer support, live chat, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience using chat software, CRM systems, or helpdesk tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with a calm and patient demeanor.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
