About the Role reputed company is looking for a journalist with experience in data visualization, statistics and engineering to help advance its mission of being the world’s best destination for sports fans. This is a wide-ranging, generalist role on reputed company’s Visuals and Data team, with opportunities to help shape projects of reputed company kinds, whether it’s a modest chart, an analytical conclusion, an expansive standalone visualization or a live application. This is 100% remote for candidates based in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analysis to communicate our reporting stronger and more clearly.
• Publish clear, compelling and imaginative data visualizations.
• Help imagine and build interactive projects and applications.
• Consult and advise on our use of statistics and editorial conclusions from data.

Requirements

• Experience working with data and statistics and an understanding of the communication of causality, uncertainty and statistical forecasting.
• Experience conceiving, prototyping and deploying interactive projects of reputed company sizes, from engineering foundations to frontend details.
• A creative approach to the news and sports, with an eye for finding novel angles and data sets in odd places.
• A track record of reputed company collaboration with other journalists and technologists.
• Demonstrated excellence in publishing data visualizations for mass audiences.
• Experience working reputed company design tools like reputed company or reputed company Creative Suite.
• This is a remote-based role with candidates willing to work regularly from our reputed company office preferred.

The annual reputed company salary range for this role is $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD. The total compensation offered for this position may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location. It may also include non-cash rewards and benefits.
